Steven Lynch
Steven brings over 20 years of experience in legal consulting and recruiting, having led Korn Ferry’s Legal Practice as COE Leader. He has advised executives on optimizing legal and compliance functions and successfully filled roles from General Counsel to legal operations specialists. Steven has also consulted with companies on building legal departments and partnered with law firms on strategic growth initiatives. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he previously served as VP of Business Development and Director of American Arbitration Association’s New Orleans office before transitioning to legal consulting.
Ilene Rosh
Ilene Rosh is a seasoned legal recruiter with over 25 years of experience in placing top legal talent in prestigious law firms and corporations. Her career began in Washington, DC, where she was persuaded to recruit lawyers instead of pursuing law school—a decision that led to her successful career. Ilene has worked with clients like Carter’s, Entergy Corporation, and Turner Broadcasting, and has a proven track record from her time at Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s largest legal recruiting firm. She excels at matching candidates with the right opportunities, from associates to general counsel.
